In collaboration with Atelier Brückner, Yoke made a total re-design of all digital installations at The Blue Planet in Copenhagen. The re-design contains a visual approach that permeates all layers of communication at the aquarium,  not only communicating with the audience but also with the aquarium's award-winning architecture.

The re-design includes a complete production of all screen-based content, development of a new mobile app to be used before, during and after the visit, together with physical, interactive installations. Through this, visitors can interact with the exhibition space and the aquariums using either touchscreens or their smartphones. iBeacons are used for guiding visitors around the building, treasure hunts for children and to present detailed information about the many species found at the aquarium.

In four different interactive installations the visitors can learn about and behave like a cichlid fish, take a selfie with the sea otters, become the ocean current in which plankton move, or create their own digital fish and release it in a large-scale digital aquarium by the aquarium’s main entrance.
